Opening Reception for Iconoscope: Paintings by Peter Oresick

  • 3551 Melwood Avenue Pittsburgh, PA, 15213 United States (map)

Goldmine is super excited to present Iconoscope: Paintings by Peter Oresick. This is his first solo exhibition which brings together a selection of paintings made in the Byzantine and Russian Orthodox style. Peter’s paintings range from traditional religious scenes to images that explore labor and social history, Eastern European identity, General George Washington, the great Russian writers, and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Sounds neat, right?
